Nalaga wings in for Islanders

Devastating runner: Napolioni Nalaga

The Pacific Islanders have named their team to face France in Sochaux on Saturday and many of them will feel at home - no less than seven players in the starting XV ply their trade in the Top 14 or Pro D2.

The big news is the call-up of Clermont's Fijian wing Napolioni Nalaga, the top try-scorer in last season's Top 14 championship.

Nalaga, who was not in the squad that lost to England last week, joins Clermont team-mate Seremaiah Baï, who will play fly-half, amongst the backs. Nalaga will also be familiar with the other wing, this season's leading try-scorer in France, Vilimoni Delasau, who left Clermont last season for Montauban.

Toulouse number eight Finau Maka was ruled out with an ankle injury sustained at Twickenham.

Amongst the forwards, Fijian Sisa Koyamaibole (Toulon), Tongan Paino Hehea (Racing-Métro), Pulu (USAP) and Kas Lealamanua (Dax) also play in France

There are no less than ten changes in the starting XV, notably the inclusion Dax's Samoan full-back Gavin Williams. Centre Epi Taione and flank Hale T-Pole have been promoted from the bench.

Prop Kisi Pulu Nicolas will scrum against his Perpignan team-mate, Nicolas Mas.
